What types of fabrics can DG Prints Fab print on?
We print on a comprehensive spectrum of natural and synthetic textiles including Pure Silk (Crepe, Habotai, Twill, Satin, Chiffon, Georgette, Organza), 100% Organic Cotton, Modal, Viscose, Rayon, Linen, Canvas, and Polyester blends.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We cater to emerging fashion labels and established export houses alike. We offer designer sampling with no strict minimums (even 1 to 5 meters for strike-offs), as well as full-scale production runs of thousands of meters.
Are your printing inks eco-friendly and wash-fast?
Yes! We utilize GOTS-certified and OEKO-TEX® compliant reactive, acid, and pigment inks that are completely non-toxic, skin-safe, and deliver international-standard color fastness against washing and sunlight.
Do you provide finished garment manufacturing like Kaftans?
Absolutely. DG Prints Fab provides complete fabric-to-garment manufacturing: engineered digital print layout, cutting, precision stitching, hand/machine rolled hemming for scarves, and export-grade finishing.
What file formats and resolutions do you accept?
We accept high-resolution files in TIFF, PSD (layered), AI, PDF, or high-res JPG. For best print crispness, artwork should ideally be created at 300 DPI at actual print scale with seamless pattern repeats.
What is your typical production turnaround time?
Sample strike-offs are typically turned around in 2 to 4 business days. Bulk printing and finished garment production depend on order volume, generally taking 5 to 10 working days.
