Welcome to DG Prints Fab. By accessing our website, requesting price estimates, or placing production orders for digital textile printing, custom kaftan manufacturing, or UV printing, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all graphics, prints, patterns, and logos submitted for printing do not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.

Sampling & Strike-Off Approvals

For custom printing and garment production, we strongly recommend approving a strike-off or physical sample prior to bulk manufacturing. Once a client approves a sample or digital proof, production proceeds according to those specifications.

Payment Terms

Orders typically require an advance deposit before fabric procurement and printing commences, with the balance due prior to dispatch or delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quality & Color Variance

Because natural textiles (such as silk, cotton, and modal) possess organic fibers with natural variations, slight differences in shade, hand-feel, or shrinkage within standard industry tolerances (3-5%) are customary and accepted.

Changes to Terms

DG Prints Fab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page.
