Terms of Service

By engaging with DG Prints Fab services, placing orders, or utilizing our fabric sourcing, printing, or stitching services, you agree to the following terms of service:

Scope of Services

We provide industrial digital textile printing on natural and synthetic fabrics, custom kaftan and resort wear manufacturing, silk stoles and dupattas, home furnishings, and UV flatbed printing.

Sampling & Order Execution

All production timelines commence once digital proofs or strike-offs are approved and necessary advance deposits are confirmed. Delivery dates are estimated based on production and curing cycles.

Customer Fabric Printing (Job Work)

If clients supply their own fabric for printing job work, the fabric must be pre-scoured and suitable for digital printing chemistry. We recommend conducting a test sample on client fabric before committing to bulk rolls.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not submit artwork that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes upon copyrighted work or trademarks without authorization.
